Net-Zero Solutions for SMEs
Our Mission
Impactwave was founded to help European SMEs find practicable net-zero solutions towards more sustainable growth.
We can help you improve your organisation’s environmental and economic sustainability whilst reducing your emissions footprint. We support you in defining the impact that you want as a part of your mission and in implementing the transformation across your value chain, choosing the metrics and developing the support systems your team needs.

OUR SERVICES
Drawing on the experience of industry experts, we are able to offer a broad range of bespoke services in sustainability consulting.
With considerable experience in embedding sustainable social and environmental agendas at the core of business ventures, we add value through working directly with founders and executive teams to design the sustainability strategy and develop implementation plans.
We help you understand the biggest levers in your business and your ecosystem and together, we develop solutions together to reduce your organisation's environmental footprint, prioritising the options for maximum impact as well as economic value. We accompany you in carrying out scanning, measuring and benchmarking processes and bring in the frameworks and a strategic lens that allow us to challenge existing assumptions and validate new ideas.
A project usually starts with a current state analysis across the complete value chain. We analyse the relevant processes from materials and energy sourcing to production, distribution, recycling processes and waste. During the project, we typically help you define the most appropriate metrics using established KPIs. We often build an index of sustainability that is specific to your business and is benchmarked against industry standards and certifications whilst meeting CSRD and double-materiality requirements. We review or set-up the data collection and analysis that will allow you to monitor progress.
